The story
About this creation
These earrings in white 14k gold unite delicacy and nobility in one harmonious design. At their centre a natural blue sapphire of 3 mm in diameter shimmers, surrounded by eight "pear cut" diamonds and eight round brilliants, which create a sparkling floral motif around the principal stone. The sapphire at the centre radiates a deep, royally blue hue, while the diamonds surrounding it appear as droplets of light – together they form a jewel that is tender, elegant and enchanting.
When a woman becomes the owner of these earrings, she gains far more than a beautiful accessory. She carries with her a sense of distinction, quiet confidence and joy that accompanies every glance in the mirror. Blue sapphires act as a personal talisman – a symbol of purity, love and deep feeling – while the diamonds lend the jewel a timeless luxury. It is a jewel suited to every occasion, yet one that elevates each of them in equal measure.
The sapphire carries a rich history and many legends. In ancient Greece and Rome, rulers wore it as protection against envy and danger. In the Middle Ages, it symbolised the celestial order and spirituality. And in the modern era, it became an icon of royal romance through Lady Diana's engagement ring, which forever united the sapphire with elegance, nobility and true love. To wear a sapphire is to carry a piece of history and symbolism that touches the heart.
Natural blue sapphires hold a stable value and enjoy immense worldwide admiration. Together with diamonds, they form a jewel that not only retains its worth, but may be passed down as a family heirloom. The sapphire is moreover the birthstone of September, renowned for its hardness and durability, making it ideal for everyday wear.
These earrings are therefore far more than a beautiful adornment – they are a symbol of love, elegance and protection and of the stories their new owner will write each day.

Living with your jewel
Caring for your jewellery
Caring for jewellery matters more than most people expect. Your creation sparkles newly after a gentle cleansing: most gemstones, and diamonds especially, respond beautifully to a wash in mild soapy water. But not every gem. An emerald, for example, must never be washed this way; its natural character asks for a different, gentler care. Please always ask us how to care for your jewellery, and especially for your gemstone. We will gladly show you.
Gold is a soft metal, and it deserves to be worn thoughtfully: removed for sport and heavy work, kept away from chemicals, stored in its box. And once every couple of years, we recommend bringing your jewel to a jeweller so the prongs can be checked for wear; a five-minute inspection protects a stone for a lifetime.
