Every project is entrusted to a dedicated specialist who follows it from the very first conversation to the final polish. We challenge every decision, question every detail and never stop refining until we genuinely believe we have created the very best possible result.
Our philosophy is simple: we approach every jewel as if we were creating it for someone we love. There is no greater standard than that.

Alina
For our founder, Alina, gemstones have never been simply beautiful objects, they are a lifelong fascination.
She can spend hours studying a single stone, comparing it against hundreds of others, following the market and continually deepening her professional gemmological education. The world of rare gemstones never stops evolving, and neither does her commitment to understanding it.
Her love for jewellery began long before the company existed. As a child, her grandmother believed every girl should own a piece of precious jewellery. Even in difficult times, she would save to give Alina a small gold gift instead of an ordinary toy. Years later, Alina returned that love, gifting jewellery to her grandmother whenever she could.
Every piece created by LA GEM carries a part of that story. This Jewellery House is, in many ways, a tribute to the woman who first taught her that jewellery is more than beauty, it is memory, love and legacy.

Our Story
LA GEM was never created as a business plan. It began with curiosity.
Long before creating jewellery, Alina organised lectures on art history, invited gemmologists and master jewellers to share their knowledge, and gathered people fascinated by the world of fine jewellery.
What started as a passion gradually became a profession. Professional gemmological education followed, along with years devoted to coloured gemstones, relationships built with trusted suppliers around the world, and a team of exceptional craftsmen assembled one master at a time.
The Jewellery House grew naturally, from genuine fascination rather than commercial ambition. That is the philosophy that guides us still.
