Jewellery Care:
Whilst emerald is a hard gemstone, it is also delicate. Ultrasonic or steam cleaning is not recommended. The most suitable method is gentle cleaning with lukewarm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft cloth. Avoid contact with aggressive cleaning agents and sudden impacts.

Caring for jewellery matters more than most people expect. Your creation sparkles newly after a gentle cleansing: most gemstones, and diamonds especially, respond beautifully to a wash in mild soapy water. But not every gem. An emerald, for example, must never be washed this way; its natural character asks for a different, gentler care. Please always ask us how to care for your jewellery, and especially for your gemstone. We will gladly show you.
Gold is a soft metal, and it deserves to be worn thoughtfully: removed for sport and heavy work, kept away from chemicals, stored in its box. And once every couple of years, we recommend bringing your jewel to a jeweller so the prongs can be checked for wear; a five-minute inspection protects a stone for a lifetime.
