The story
About this creation
This ring in white gold is a tribute to elegance, femininity and strength, embodied by every precious gemstone. The centrepiece is a rubellite – a stone whose rich pink-red hue instantly commands attention. Its radiant colour shifts with the play of light, so that with every movement of the ring, the impression of living, pulsating light is born.
The precise setting of the stone is complemented by a harmonious composition of metal: the curves of the ring flow gracefully around the stone, creating an elegant silhouette that feels both modern and timeless.
This jewel is not merely an accessory – it is a symbol of a personal story, of an extraordinary moment or a value its wearer carries throughout her life.
Rubellite is one of the most precious and sought-after hues of tourmaline. It may range in colour from pink, red, purplish-red, orangey-red or brownish-red. Its chromatic spectrum is often likened to a sunset – each piece is unique and unlike any other.
In antiquity, rubellite was regarded as a stone that reveals true emotions and guards against false sentiments. In India it was known as the “stone of the heart”, as it was believed to unite human energy with joy and serenity.
The design of this ring draws on the tradition of 18th-century European jewellers, who created rings bearing a single striking coloured stone as a symbol of devotion, a pledge or a significant life milestone. The ring was to serve as a reminder that true value is born from the depth of emotion – and rubellite, with its heart-hued colour, was the ideal choice for this purpose.
Richly coloured rubellites of fine clarity and expert cutting are regarded as a highly promising investment – in recent years their value has risen in a manner comparable to that of top-quality spinels or fancy sapphires.
Within the same design, the gemstone may be replaced with another stone of the client’s choosing.

Living with your jewel
Caring for your jewellery
Caring for jewellery matters more than most people expect. Your creation sparkles newly after a gentle cleansing: most gemstones, and diamonds especially, respond beautifully to a wash in mild soapy water. But not every gem. An emerald, for example, must never be washed this way; its natural character asks for a different, gentler care. Please always ask us how to care for your jewellery, and especially for your gemstone. We will gladly show you.
Gold is a soft metal, and it deserves to be worn thoughtfully: removed for sport and heavy work, kept away from chemicals, stored in its box. And once every couple of years, we recommend bringing your jewel to a jeweller so the prongs can be checked for wear; a five-minute inspection protects a stone for a lifetime.
